Established in 1997 as a no profit organization, the Israel's National Committee - CIGRE vision is to propagate electrical professional knowledge in Israel thru a recognized forum where a prolific and non-political collaboration of specialists, experts, professors and experienced engineers is possible, for the benefit of all.
